About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Assistant.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/night and weekend shifts across a Monday–Sunday roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with customers.
  • Selling of premium products with the ability to highlight features, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Ensuring all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard.
  • Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards.
  • Achieving sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic mathematical skills and accuracy when handling cash and processing transactions.
  • Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing business needs.
