Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to less experienced Speech Pathologists
  • Develop and implement therapy plans for clients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • SPA registration essential
  • Experience supporting people with a disability using an evidence-based approach
  • Adaptable and 'can-do' attitude to adjust to client needs and NDIS plans
