Store Performance Leader

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the overall performance of a store, driving sales growth and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
As a Senior Store Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated sales assistants to achieve optimal results in sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
You will be responsible for monitoring store sales to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, as well as identifying areas for improvement. Effective management of wage costs is crucial, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
Closely monitor store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock levels to ensure high-quality displays and efficient inventory management. Coaching and mentoring your team is essential to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development through training and succession planning.
Ensure efficient occupational health and safety (OHS) management and adhere to state and national OHS legislation.
