We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Leader to join our team in Brisbane.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving the strategic direction of our supply chain operations. You will lead and optimise the flow of finished goods and materials across our network, ensuring service, quality, and cost are maximised throughout our operations.

You will work closely with the Head of Supply Chain to develop and evolve the group-wide Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning demand forecasts with production and inventory strategies. Your focus will be on facilitating scenario planning to mitigate business risk and gaps through the S&OP cycle.

As a leader, you will actively communicate S&OP outputs to key stakeholders, including S&OP risks, product deletions, and activation of new products. You will also lead cyclical production masterdata & sequencing reviews with the planning and manufacturing teams to ensure optimal planning rules.

In addition, you will lead and support wider supply chain & operations improvement projects, such as strategic procurement and manufacturing improvement initiatives. Your role will involve creating an environment that fosters trust, collaboration, and empowerment, supporting the growth and development of your team members.

You will engage with senior leaders across the business, building relationships and organisational awareness. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
