Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for supply chain excellence?
We're seeking a dynamic Group Planning Manager to lead and optimize the flow of finished goods and materials across our supply network. This pivotal role ensures service, quality, and cost are maximized throughout operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. In partnership with the Head of Supply Chain, contribute to developing and evolving the group-wide Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand forecasts with production and inventory strategies.
  2. Facilitate 'what if' scenario planning to mitigate business risk and gaps through the S&OP cycle.
  3. Actively communicate S&OP outputs to key stakeholders including S&OP risks, product deletions, and activation of new products.
  4. Lead cyclical production master data & sequencing reviews with the planning and manufacturing teams to ensure planning rules are optimal.
  5. Lead and support wider supply chain & operations improvement projects such as strategic procurement and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
  6. Create and lead an environment that fosters trust, collaboration, and empowerment, supporting the growth and development of team members.
  7. Engage actively with senior leaders across the business, building relationships and organizational awareness.
