Only About Children is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Director to lead our Castle Hill campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care to our children and families.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with a minimum of five years' experience in a leadership role. You will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with our team, families, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the campus team to deliver exceptional educational outcomes and high-quality care
  • Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of our children and families
  • Ensuring the campus is financially sustainable and meets our business objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our families, community, and stakeholders
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to our team members to support their professional development
