About the Role

  • Drive sales growth, maintain store standards and smash KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Train, coach and develop the team to help them reach their full potential and achieve personal and professional goals.
  • Manage stock effectively, minimize loss and maximize sales opportunities through efficient inventory management.
  • Maintain visual merchandising that inspires and excites customers, ensuring a strong brand image.
  • Create a fun, safe and inclusive work environment for both the team and customers.
