We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Fashion Leader to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our Hello Member program, collaborating with the store Visual team to create an inspiring and exciting customer experience, training and developing your Sales Advisor team through promoting our feedback culture, and actively promoting our sustainability vision to both your team and customers.

A day in the life of a Fashion Leader includes:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our Hello Member program to drive engagement and create meaningful relationships
  • Collaborating with the store Visual team to create an inspiring and exciting customer experience
  • Training and developing your Sales Advisor team through promoting our feedback culture
  • Actively promoting our sustainability vision to both your team and customers

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to delegate, follow up and provide straightforward feedback, strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business, the ability to analyze figures and formulate plans to maximize sales, and the motivation to drive ambitions and reach business & personal goals. Previous leadership experience with proven sales success & team development is highly desirable.
