Job Title: Project Coordinating Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Coordinating Supervisor, where you will play a key role in delivering domestic and commercial insurance reinstatement projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate reinstatement projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Manage client liaison and conflict resolution to maintain positive relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Handle make-safes, inspections, scheduling, and progress reporting to keep stakeholders informed and satisfied.
  • Forecast project revenue and completion dates to ensure accurate budgeting and planning.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory Licence and trade qualification (highly desirable).
  • Minimum 12 months experience in construction/building supervision, preferably with insurance/reno experience.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills to manage client expectations and site work.
  • Ability to balance site work with high-volume admin and scheduling tasks.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, including WHS, NCC, and AS3740 compliance requirements.
