About the Role

As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading on-site operations, ensuring project timelines, quality control, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Setup – Attend pre-start meetings, coordinate site access, and manage logistics.
  • On-Site Execution & Coordination – Oversee painters, subcontractors, and equipment.
  • Quality & Safety Compliance – Conduct WHS inspections and ensure projects meet contractual obligations.
  • Reporting & Communication – Keep clients, the contracts manager, and operations updated.

What We're Looking For

  • Trade background (Painting, Construction, or similar).
  • Experience managing on-site operations and teams.
  • Understanding of WHS regulations and compliance.

  • Ability to handle scheduling, materials, and subcontractors.

  • Willingness to use digital tools to enhance project delivery.

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Essential: Valid Driver's License & White Card.
  • Valuable: EWP, WAH, First Aid & IRATA certifications.
