We are seeking an accomplished solicitor with extensive experience in wills and estates to collaborate closely with experienced partners across estate planning, probate, and litigation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage your own matters and establish trusted client relationships
- Develop and implement impactful estate planning strategies
- Mentor-driven progress: structured training, clear progression, and expanding responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of estate planning, probate, and succession law, as well as exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. They will also be empathetic, strategic thinkers with sound judgment in sensitive, high-trust matters.
Requirements:- At least 3 years post-admission experience in wills and estates
- Proven skills in drafting wills, powers of attorney, and testamentary trusts
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and admission to practice law in Australia
