Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own matters and build strong relationships with clients
  • Develop and implement effective estate planning strategies that meet the unique needs of each individual or family
  • Provide expert guidance on testamentary trusts, powers of attorney, and other related matters
What We Are Looking For
  • A minimum of 3 years post-admission experience in wills and estates with a strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and succession law
  • Proven skills in drafting complex legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and testamentary trusts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with experienced partners and clients alike
