Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our logistics team in Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and compliance of drivers, as well as ensuring all drivers and staff follow occupational health and safety and site requirements.

The role involves managing daily distribution activities to ensure efficient service delivery and labour requirements are met. You will also lead and develop direct reports to ensure effective service delivery and succession planning.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in a leadership capacity within transportation and logistics
  • Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Strong problem solving, time management and organisational skills
  • A passion for logistics, a positive attitude and the ability to think outside the box
  • A comprehensive understanding of HSE and legislative requirements within transportation
