About the Role

As a key member of the senior leadership team at Alfred Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions, care, and support services to our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Manager-CMHT to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and outcomes
  • Provide day-to-day support, upskilling, and problem-solving to the team
  • Coordinate referrals and promote staff welfare
  • Monitor incident reports and provide support for the flow of referrals

Requirements:

  • Approved tertiary qualifications and registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia via AHPRA, or eligibility with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
  • Australian working rights

  • Current Victorian Driver's License and willingness to undergo a Background Check
