Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tennis Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of our tennis operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of our programs and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess a high level of IT competency, including proficiency using Microsoft Office suite.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing bookings, invoicing, and accounts payable and receivable
  • Coordinating tennis programs, including coaching and fixtures
  • Updating policies and procedures in conjunction with the QTC Tennis Manager
  • Providing exceptional customer service to members and clients

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong administration skills and experience
  • A high level of IT competency, including proficiency using Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience in providing exceptional customer service, preferably in hospitality and/or retail
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
