Surveillance Operator Role

We are seeking a skilled Surveillance Operator to join our team at The Star Brisbane. As a Surveillance Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on critical incidents across The Star complex
  • Investigate and report on activities that pose a threat to the integrity of our operations
  • Review CCTV footage to resolve gaming inquiries and disputes
  • Video record and document potential misconduct claims
Requirements
  • Ability to work weekends and nights on a 24/7 rotating roster
  • Reliable team player with strong communication skills
  • Capacity to prioritize daily workload and ensure efficient performance
  • Successful completion of an approved Trainee Surveillance Operators Course
