About Our Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT systems developer to join our team and contribute to the success of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain cutting-edge IT systems and solutions to support our business needs.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and optimise system performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address technology needs and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational policies.
- Conduct regular system updates and manage software upgrades.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Document processes and provide training to end-users as required.
Requirements:
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT systems development and management within the retail industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in system monitoring tools and programming languages.
- An ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific technology trends and standards.
