This is a unique chance to join an innovative corporate in the technology sector, expanding its presence in ANZ region.

You'll be part of a high-energy acquisitions team who are building their business through strategic dealmaking and partnerships.

As a senior executive, you'll oversee transaction execution, mentoring a motivated team of Analysts and Associates while working with diverse stakeholders.

  • Oversight and management of the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing through to close
  • Analysis and preparation of compelling investment summaries for leadership and the board
  • Development and standardisation of high-quality reports, highlighting key issues and opportunities
  • Participation in deep-dive due diligence and strategy development
  • Career guidance and mentorship of junior team members
  • Process improvement and best practice implementation with senior leadership
About You

We see this suiting a professional with c.7-12 years experience in Mergers & Acquisitions

Ideally from a corporate development or investment background

With a strong track record of successful deal execution and proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members.

You'll combine excellent technical skills with commercial acumen and stakeholder influence, contributing to the overall success of the platform in ANZ.
