About the Role

  • Hunt down new business opportunities through targeted research and networking
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to win new customers
  • Lead the charge on new business initiatives and share your successes with the team

About You

  • Proven sales experience in FMCG or industry know-how from hospitality (Venue or Ops Manager level)
  • Target-driven, great at juggling priorities, and skilled at winning buy-in from customers
  • Comfortable with cold calling and quick to build authentic rapport
  • Commercially savvy — you understand market dynamics, volume, and pricing strategies
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and laser-focused on planning, follow-up, and execution
