You will serve as a central point of contact, assessing clients' eligibility for services, identifying risks, and connecting them to necessary information and resources.

To be considered for this role, you must have completed degree requirements by December 31, 2021, with a relevant degree (Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent). Demonstrated ability to work independently or collaboratively to accelerate personal and professional growth is essential.

A holistic strengths-based approach to achieve lasting change, alignment with our organization's values, and a high level of professional accountability and integrity are key qualities required for success.

You must be able to engage with people from diverse backgrounds, including the local Aboriginal community, and possess a current driver's license, Working With Children Check (WWCC), and willingness to undergo NDIS worker screening.
