About the Role:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a cohesive project environment by engaging with commercial managers, contract administrators, technical advisors, and contractors.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze and report on commercial performance to inform decision-making and mitigate risks.
  • Contractual Guidance: Provide expert advice on financial forecasting, payment processes, contract controls, and claims resolution.
  • Change Management: Lead commercial aspects of change control to ensure transparency and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cash Flow Oversight: Conduct detailed cash flow analysis to support financial planning and project sustainability.
  • Client Integration: Work within client offices, either as part of a seconded team or embedded within a delivery model.
  • Team Leadership: Depending on experience, you may have line management responsibilities within the team.
