As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful commercial delivery of major infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with multidisciplinary teams to align financial and contractual strategies with project goals.

  • Contractual Guidance: Provide expert advice on financial forecasting, payment processes, contract controls, and claims resolution.
  • Change Management: Lead commercial aspects of change control, ensuring transparency and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cash Flow Oversight: Conduct detailed cash flow analysis to support financial planning and project sustainability.
  • Client Integration: Operate within client offices, either as part of a seconded team or embedded within a delivery model.
  • Team Leadership: Depending on experience, you may have line management responsibilities within the team.
Requirements:
  • Major Project Experience: Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure, health, aviation, government, or defence projects.
  • Commercial Expertise: Strong understanding of commercial frameworks, contract management, and financial controls.
  • Alliance Contracting Knowledge: Experience with alliance models and collaborative delivery environments is highly valued.
  • Dual-Sector Insight: Exposure to both client/consultancy and contractor-side delivery is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Relevant Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience.
