Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Manager to join our Project Management Team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing contractual and commercial aspects of project execution, ensuring seamless collaboration with customers, suppliers, and contractors.

  • Develop Claim Strategies: Collaborate with Project Managers to design and implement effective claim strategies with customers, sub-suppliers, and partners.
  • Sales Handover Support: Participate in sales handovers and provide Project Managers with key term summaries for reference during project management.
  • Risk Assessment and Opportunity Identification: Support Project Managers in identifying, evaluating, and assessing project risks and opportunities during execution phases.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide ongoing guidance and support to the project management team on contractual and commercial management of contract execution.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing compliance of multiple contracts, including notices, extensions, and variations, while maintaining proactive relationships with customers, suppliers, and contractors to monitor contractual compliance requirements.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong claims and contract management skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a sound understanding of contract terms and conditions, project costing, scope, and schedule, risk and opportunity management.
