About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home and Community Support Worker to join our team in the Tea Gardens area. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to live their best possible life by providing personal care, household support, and social interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and assist clients with personal care activities such as showering, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide household cleaning and laundry services to ensure a safe and hygienic living environment
  • Prepare healthy meals for clients and engage in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Transport clients to appointments, shops, and other destinations
  • Assist clients with complex care needs and provide respite for carers
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our clients. To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with third-party property damage insurance
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and an empathetic, patient, and caring nature
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A willingness to undergo background checks, including a police check
