About the RoleThis role involves providing high net worth individuals with strategic financial advice and building relationships with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
As a Senior Private Wealth Adviser, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, leveraging expertise to improve financial positions, and managing internal and external relationships to grow the business.
You will work in a collaborative team environment, delivering excellent client outcomes through strategic and investment advice, and be supported by a qualified team across capability, quality, administration, and paraplanning.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Build and grow the business through portfolio management, successful relationships, technology, and data use.
- Ongoing conversations with high net worth customers to understand needs and provide tailored advice solutions.
- Deliver strategic financial advice and build relationships with clients while managing referrals effectively.
- Continuously coach and advise HNW customers to meet and exceed financial goals.
- Actively coach and collaborate with internal referral partners and the wider Private Banking & Advice (PB&A) business.
- Act in line with our purpose and strategy to re-engage the community, be worthy of trust, and ensure products and services are provided honestly, fairly, and free of conflicts of interest.
- Contribute to the overall well-managed PB&A business from a risk and process perspective.
What You'll Bring:
- Extensive experience in advice, including high net worth individuals/entities, and a comprehensive understanding of markets, investments, and strategic solutions to meet customer needs.
- Met FASEA Education Standards, including having passed the FASEA exam by 31st Mar 2021 + CPD Points.
- High ethical standards reflected in a history of providing advice across a broad range of strategies to high net wealth clients.
- Resilient, fast-paced with a strong growth mindset.
- Ability to build productive relationships with team members, referral partners, and customers.
- Strong, effective communication skills and influencing capability.
- Ability to network, use initiative, and work independently.
- Excellent personal organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
