About the Role

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar transactional finance role and must have worked with Netsuite. Key responsibilities include accurately processing invoices, purchase orders, and receipts, performing routine bank reconciliations, and preparing weekly and occasional ad-hoc payments to suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process financial transactions to ensure all records are meticulously maintained
  • Perform regular reconciliation of financial statements
  • Prepare timely payments to suppliers
  • Reconcile supplier statements to keep accounts up-to-date
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting ERP for all suppliers, debtors, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure finance policies and compliance standards are consistently upheld
  • Report any irregular transactions to your manager for further investigation
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving finance processes and efficiencies
About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in AP/AR and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Business Management and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High accuracy and speed in data entry
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MUST have NetSuite experience
