Senior Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Leader to join our team in a fractional role. This is a unique opportunity to bring your skills and experience to a dynamic and growing organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. You will be responsible for leading the finance function, building and implementing processes, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the CEO, board members, and other senior leaders.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
