About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Robotics Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our robotics engineering team, you will be responsible for managing multiple robotics implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects ensuring program goals are met.

This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that will transform our customers' experiences around the world. You will have the chance to drive robotics fleet retrofit projects to improve the performance, reliability, and safety of globally deployed robotic and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple robotics implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and driving change for the identified opportunities.
  • Collect Voice of the Customer (VOC) data and share success stories during lessons learnt workshops and review with cross-functional partners in Engineering and Operations.
  • Create and maintain problem resolution procedures and identify the need for new tools to support existing solutions.
  • Leverage existing guides, task lists, and configuration processes, systems, and tools to deploy software at Amazon Robotics sites around the world.
  • Monitor queues and respond to issues within defined SLAs.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of process improvement methodology (Six Sigma, TQM, Kai-zen, and Lean manufacturing methodology).
  • Experience working with AWS services such as S3, EC2, SNS, SQS.
  • Knowledge and/or working experience with Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu).
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Average salary: $150,000 per year.
