Job Title:
Technical Consultant for Dynamics 365 Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions for a prominent education services client in Australia. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, custom development, and integration across modules, with a strong understanding of the unique operational and regulatory requirements of the education sector.



  • Lead technical workshops with customers to provide technical feasibility and thought leadership on different project requirements
  • Create solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per project specifications
  • Deliver high-quality code deliverables for each module including configurations and customizations, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty
  • Develop plugins, workflows, and integrate with Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault, etc.
  • Oversee activities for developing Dynamics 365 CRM instances
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules
  • Design data migration plans and lead data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using necessary tools


Key Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to guide team members
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science related discipline
Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience as Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Designer on D365 CRM platform
  • Working experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and outstanding analytical problem-solving skills
