Job Opportunity

A leading renewable utility business seeks a junior Legal Counsel with a background in construction or corporate law.

Key Responsibilities

We offer the opportunity to take your skills to the next level and make a meaningful difference towards a sustainable future. You will handle a wide range of legal matters relating to the energy and utilities space, working closely with the Head of Legal and General Counsel. The team structure provides front-row access to new projects and challenges, helping you develop as a lawyer. There is a clear path of progression, regular communication with leadership and department heads on commercial and transactional matters.

The role requires 2-4 years' experience in a front-end construction or corporate role, preferably in private practice or in-house. Experience in the energy and/or water industry is beneficial but not essential. Excellent contract drafting and interpretation skills are necessary.
