Job Description

In this role, you will lead procurement operations in our Australian Fulfillment Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement forecasting models for non-inventory products, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient supply chain management.
  • Manage a team of non-inventory receivers to ensure seamless operations and effective use of resources.
  • Establish deep knowledge of non-inventory items and collaborate with colleagues to drive best practices across the network.
  • Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted solutions.
  • Foster relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop innovative solutions and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with expertise in MS Office and analytical tools such as Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and suggest process improvements to deliver cost savings, inventory reductions, and other benefits.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Supply Chain Management certifications (e.g., CSCMP).

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Location: Kemps Creek, NSW, Australia.
