About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Worker to support our clients in living independently at home. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life.

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including domestic cleaning and personal care
  • Provide domestic assistance throughout the clients' home and meal preparation
  • Support community access and transportation to appointments

About You
  • Empathetic, respectful, and reliable?
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability, or first-year Bachelor of Nursing?
  • First Aid and CPR training?
  • Valid Victorian Driver's Licence, comprehensive car insurance and reliable transport?
  • Available at least 2 days a week, during business hours Monday to Friday?
  • Flexible availability to meet clients' needs?
A Day in the Life

As a Direct Care Worker, your day-to-day tasks will vary, making each day unique and rewarding. You might support clients with daily living, household domestic assistance, and transportation.

Throughout your day, you will visit multiple clients, spending between 1 - 3 hours with each client, depending on their care needs. A Victorian Drivers' licence and car with comprehensive insurance are required for this role, as you will be travelling between clients' homes and may also travel with a client to the shops or their appointment.
