Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Specialist to join our team at Myhomecare. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing a range of domestic, social, respite, and personal care services to our aged care clients.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time role with guaranteed hours earning $32.20 per hour, plus $1.10 per client km reimbursement, and 11.5% superannuation. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a dedicated scheduler who will build a roster to suit your availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing domestic, social, respite, and personal care services to aged care clients
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve client goals
  • Building strong relationships with clients, their families, and carers
  • Participating in regular training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • Certificate in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in aged care, disability, or community nursing (desired)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Australian Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • The right to work in Australia
