About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Star Gold Coast. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and assisting team members throughout their shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering top-notch results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Venue Manager to recruit and develop team members
  • Ensure RSA standards are met at all times
  • Assist in leading the venue and ensuring all team members maintain cleanliness and organisation
  • Serve food and create and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our patrons
What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
  • Flexible availability to suit a 24/7 roster
  • Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
