Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our Pool Bar team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising shifts and maintaining high standards of service and quality.
- Leading and motivating a team of staff to achieve excellent results.
- Ensuring staff are working together as a team to meet guest needs.
- Inspecting and maintaining high standards of grooming and attire.
- Completing opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools.
- Inspecting storage areas for organization and cleanliness.
- Completing scheduled inventories and stock and requisitioning necessary supplies.
- Monitoring dining areas for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
Successful candidates will have:
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment.
- Currently hold a valid QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent cocktail and beverage knowledge.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Conflict resolution skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in a busy fast-paced environment.
