Job Title: Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs that identify and support gifted and high potential students.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring that all students have access to opportunities that cater to their diverse needs, interests, and abilities. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of contemporary research on gifted and talented learners across all age groups.

  1. Develop and implement programs that identify and support gifted and high potential students.
  2. Collaborate with teachers, students, and families to ensure seamless program delivery.
  3. Coach and lead others in strategies for gifted and talented students.
  4. Manage projects, coordinate planning, documentation, tracking, and evaluation.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant teaching qualifications and eligibility for registration.
  • Post-graduate qualifications and substantial experience in gifted education and/or differentiation.
  • A deep understanding of contemporary research on gifted and talented learners across all age groups.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong ICT skills.
  • Ability to coach and lead others in strategies for gifted and talented students.
