Road Trip Customer Experience Specialist

As a customer service representative, you will be the friendly voice at the end of the line, assisting guests during their road trips.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing support and collaborating with other departments to address vehicle-related issues
- Ensuring the best possible guest experience while meeting business requirements
- Keeping track of incidents and ensuring guests are well-informed about solutions and repair progress
- Minimizing vehicle repair time and ensuring repairs adhere to standard practices
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Call centre experience and a dedication to exceptional customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style
- Strong problem-solving and effective time management skills
- Comfort with following processes and intermediate computer skills
- A friendly, positive attitude, with bonus points for a passion for road trips
- Some mechanical knowledge is beneficial but not essential
