Job Description

As a customer service specialist, you will be the friendly voice at the end of the line, providing exceptional support to our guests during their road trips.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support and collaborating with other departments to address vehicle-related issues.
  • Negotiating to ensure the best possible guest experience while meeting business requirements.
  • Tracking incidents and keeping guests informed about solutions and repair progress.
  • Coordinating repairs to minimize vehicle downtime and adhere to standard practices.

This is an office-based role requiring working shifts across 7 days between 6am and 8pm.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Call centre experience and a dedication to exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style.
  • Strong problem-solving and effective time management skills.
  • Comfort with following processes and intermediate computer skills.
  • A friendly, positive attitude, with a passion for road trips.
  • Some mechanical knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
