Road Trip Experience Specialist

At Apollo Motorhome Holidays, we're on the hunt for a customer service expert who can deliver exceptional experiences to our rental guests. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing world-class support throughout vehicle handovers and returns.
About the Role:This is a hands-on position that requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. You'll be responsible for guiding guests through vehicle handovers, completing rental contracts, selling ancillary products, and providing vehicle demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service to rental guests
- Guide guests through vehicle handovers and returns
- Complete rental contracts and sell additional products
- Provide vehicle demonstrations and training
- A valid open manual driver's license
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Positive attitude and ability to handle challenges
- Proficiency in using technology and apps
