Director of Hypercare and Reporting Services

The role will be responsible for managing and coordinating highly complex or sensitive projects across multiple functions. This position requires a high degree of independence, decision-making skills, and the ability to lead teams in operational or technical PACE issues.
- Manage and coordinate project activities across multiple functions
- Exercise leadership and oversight over project teams
- Analyse and evaluate project performance and outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance project delivery and outcomes
This position also involves developing frequent reports on project activities, presenting options to senior leadership, and supporting multiple business areas in the hypercare process. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of project management principles and experience using Jira and Confluence.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A background in SAP and Salesforce CRM platforms is desirable.
