
New Graduate or Experienced Speech Therapist Wanted

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or experienced professional to develop their clinical skills and work with individuals with disabilities.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in various locations, including clinics, schools, homes, and day programs, providing therapeutic supports to individuals across the lifespan. They will be part of our 12-week training program, which covers multidisciplinary and discipline-specific topics, and will have access to formal regular clinical supervision, graduate coaching, and opportunities for professional development.
This role offers flexible work arrangements, allowing the Speech Pathologist to manage their caseload effectively and provide timely intervention to individuals. They will also have access to IT equipment and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality therapeutic supports to individuals with disabilities.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and graduate coaching.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
- Contribute to the development of the service through participation in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited university.
- Certificate of Clinical Practice in Speech Pathology.
- Australia/New Zealand full registration as a Speech Pathologist with AHPRA.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
