Overview

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy under the NDIS and other funding models.
  • Support children and adults in achieving communication and swallowing goals.
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and a multidisciplinary team.
  • Manage your caseload and calendar with guidance as you grow into a confident, capable therapist.
New Graduate Program Includes
  • A structured 3-month onboarding plan
  • Gradual caseload and calendar build-up (metered start)
  • Weekly supervision and regular check-ins
  • Peer mentoring and clinical huddles
  • Wraparound support from a multi-disciplinary team
  • Practical resources, tools, and admin assistance
  • Ongoing professional development beyond the program

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Recognised degree in Speech Pathology (or graduating soon)
  • SPA membership (or eligibility)
  • Driver's Licence + access to a car (or use our pool cars)
  • WWCC & NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
