Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and treatments for children and adolescents with varying needs.
  • Develop individualized, family-centered therapy programs tailored to client needs.
  • Liaise with parents, preschool teachers, and other healthcare professionals involved in the client's care.
  • Clinic-, home-, preschool- and school-based assessment and intervention.
  • Manage a clinical caseload independently, maintaining high standards of clinical practice.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
  • Evaluate and maintain accurate records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Essential Criteria
  • Qualification in Speech Pathology - Bachelor or Masters degree.
  • Membership of a relevant professional organization.
  • Passion for working with children, adolescents, and families using a client-centered approach.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
