We are seeking a seasoned enterprise content management professional to design and develop innovative solutions using IBM Enterprise Records Manager and related technologies.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FileNet configuration, design, and development, as well as advanced skills in Java/J2EE, Spring, JUnit, iBatis/Hibernate.

In addition, they will possess strong experience with P8 content engine and process engine APIs, and excellent consulting and communication skills.

This role requires a deep understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into effective technical solutions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and developing FileNet solutions, developing Java/J2EE components integrating with Case Manager and/or FileNet, creating system monitoring tools, and contributing to operational and risk remediation activities.

They will also work on estimation and sizing for new proposals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Required qualifications include 8+ years of IT industry experience, 6+ years of experience in IBM Records Manager, FileNet as a developer, designer, and architect, and expert-level knowledge of IBM FileNet P8, specifically 5.2.0 fix pack 5 and 5.2.1 fix pack 5.

Advanced skills in Java/J2EE, Spring, JUnit, iBatis/Hibernate, and strong experience of P8 content engine and process engine APIs are also essential.

Preferred skills include CMOD, Box, eDiscovery, WebSphere Administration Server, IBM HTTP Server, DB2, Enterprise Java, VSTS, Web Services, Linux, JSP, SOA, REST, SOAP.
