Job Title: Operations Support Associate

Job Summary:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support daily management of department duties, including labor allocation, meeting facilitation, task assignment, and communication with internal and external suppliers.
  • The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless execution of day-to-day operations.
  • Additional responsibilities include providing coverage for Area Managers during their vacations, tracking and reporting ATS/labor hours, assisting floor associates, and participating in Operational Excellence initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required, ensuring work areas remain clean and organized, and identifying and addressing safety hazards within the work area.
  • Furthermore, the associate will participate in coaching associates to work safely at all times, referring job injuries immediately to Area Managers, and contributing to safety initiatives.
