Job Title: Property Damage Estimator

We are seeking a Construction Insurance Property Damage Estimator to join our team.

This role is critical in helping clients recover from property damage due to fire, water, storms, and more.

You will be responsible for conducting on-site property inspections, preparing detailed damage assessments and repair estimates, and identifying code upgrades and hidden damages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site property inspections across the region
  • Prepare detailed damage assessments and repair estimates using Xactimate or similar platforms
  • Identify code upgrades, hidden damages, and additional scopes often missed by carrier adjusters

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property damage estimating or a related construction field
  • Proficiency with Xactimate (REQUIRED)
  • Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction practices
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (REQUIRED)
