We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Services Associate to join our team at City Facilities Management. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring our commercial spaces are clean and safe for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out general commercial cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Operate cleaning machinery, such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers, with proper training and supervision.
  • Maintain all cleaning chemicals and equipment in a safe and organized manner.
  • Adhere to all City Health and Safety policies and procedures, including Think Safe protocols.
Requirements:
  • Some experience in cleaning or a related field.
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Ownership of a smartphone, as you will be required to use our mobile app for communication and task management.
  • A current driver's license and car are desirable, but not required.
  • Australian working rights are essential.
Shift Patterns:

Shift patterns may vary across store locations, but are typically:

  • 6:00am to 12:30pm
  • 6:00am to 10:00am
  • 6:30am to 10:30am (weekends)
