As a Senior Housekeeping Manager, you will lead a large team of dedicated employees in delivering world-class hospitality services. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Directing and coordinating all housekeeping activities to achieve maximum efficiency and quality.
  • Managing a large team, including recruitment, training, labor, and financial management.
  • Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Legislation and policies.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping management, preferably in a 5-star establishment.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in regards to safety protocols and employee well-being.
  • Confidence in leading and motivating a large team in a fast-paced environment.
