Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality control process, you will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of incoming shipments, collaborating closely with product teams, and ensuring that all products meet our quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming shipments to ensure compliance with our quality standards
  • Collaborate with product teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of inspection results
  • Monitor and analyze faulty return reports and store feedback to identify recurring quality issues

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary or related qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience in the garment industry, with exposure to knit and woven categories
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric types, and performance standards
  • Familiarity with AQL inspection procedures and lab test report reviews
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
