Home Care Nurse Opportunity in Adelaide

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Care Nurse in Adelaide. As a KinCare community nurse, you will play a vital role in providing essential care to our elderly customers within the comfort of their own homes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver a range of clinical support services, including wound care, medication administration, stoma and bowel care, and catheter management.
- Conduct nursing, continence, and dementia screening assessments.
- Support care plans and provide solutions tailored to each customer's individual needs.
**Working with Us**
You will work closely with families, General Practitioners, and the KinCare team to ensure a holistic approach to our customers' well-being, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
**Requirements**
- Full AHPRA registration
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Driver's licence with a reliable and insured vehicle
- Genuine interest in working in the community and with the elderly
- Ability to work autonomously
- Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
